As we near the end of Black History month, a gentle reminder to any who hadn’t heard somewhere down the line or perhaps aren’t regular listeners of the show… that the larger scope of American vernacular expression and musical tradition are in part, if not moreover due to the direct contributions of African American people throughout our entire history as a nation.
