Curved Air presents:
Giuseppe Verdi is one of the greatest figures in Italian opera. Tonight we have a broad sampling of his output. Instead of playing an assortment of arias I have chosen some long excerpts from his major works, including scenes from the classic operas Aida, Rigoletto, La Traviata, and a movement from his Requiem.
