I have a couple of interesting eclectic mixes for you. During the first hour, I’ll be giving away a pair of tickets to the upcoming release party for the new CD by RVA’s own Afro Zen All Stars.

In the second hour, we’ll go on the road with Le Yapi Jazz of Cote d’Ivoire and many others in Volume One of a possible series of programs devoted to the classiest bands, the “Jazz” bands of Africa. We’ll go to the two Congos, Tanzania, Guinea and more.
