Paul’s Boutique / Alley Oop’s Nolde Oldies presents:
It’s about that time we wrap up this thing, don’t cha think?
Due Diligence was created out of opportunity and need. We found ourselves with an open slot and so many new DJ’s interested in joining WRIR. Myself, Shay, and Straw of Softlock and Panoramic, decided we would orchestrate a time for incoming DJ’s to get in person live training. The intent was for current WRIR DJ’s to rotate the schedule similar to our other rotating Saturday shows: End of The Century, River City Limits, and Cause and Effect, but capacity said otherwise.
So, today, Shay will close out the show in a way we should have started. With an introduction. Join me as I take you through my music journey and what has led me here. Today’s show will be, as Gene of British Breakfast Blend has put it, a cornucopia of sounds. I will start with my foundation, my discovery, my recovery, and end at home.
Thank you for tuning in as we have introduced the future DJ’s of WRIR. Shay is going back to behind the scenes. Popping up here and there to continue telling my story through music.
As always, I love you. I am grateful for you.
