For today’s show I’m bringing in the new year with some 60’s-era bebop, post-bop, modal and a little bit of hard-bop jazz.

I’m not digging too deep this time around. Just some old favorites with a few new finds mixed in. A lot of Blue Note albums I’d find in the Barnes & Noble CD section in high school and proceed to blast out of my ‘96 Jeep Cherokee on the way home just to see people’s reactions. Perhaps you too can blast jazz out of your Jeep.
