We have shifted into another timeline where the frequency is higher than it has ever been. Be aware of your words, be aware of your thoughts, and be aware of what you put in your body. I don’t chase, I attract, the energy I give I get it back. The more you say that to yourself the more you will heal. The music is part of the healing, the sound is a frequency and the words are the spells you cast on yourself or others. Tell yourself how much you love yourself today. Please give yourself a big hug, because you made it through today. I love you, even if I don’t know you and I’ve never met you, just know that you are loved.
