Five amazing shows to end 2024 with a bang! This Friday at The Camel, Imaginary Toys will be doing a tribute to The Cure as part of one of three Punks For Presents showcases; on Thursday, December 19th at The Camel, Shagg Carpet, Camp Werewolf, This Man May Die, and Tentative Decisions will be playing; Dirt Devil will be playing live at Fallout on Friday, December 20th; Fear Of Music (RVA’s Tribute to the Talking Heads) have another show on Monday, December 23rd, at The Broadberry; and finally, on Friday, December 27th, at The Camel, check out Girlspit, Imaginary Sons, and Stephanie! I’ll be playing some tunes from most of these killer bands to get you psyched to see them perform!

First of all, thanks to everyone that donated during our Fall Fund Drive! And thanks to DJ Tablescraps for joining me in the studio two weeks ago for an epic fund drive version of Dog Germs/Punk’s Not Dead!

There are four amazing shows happening here in RVA in the next two weeks…Thursday at The National catch slowdive with wisp opening up; on Friday at Fallout catch genCAB, NOIR (new music!), and Red Lokust performing; on Thursday, November 21st, Kontravoid, Mvtant, Stephanie, and The Treasury will be at Cobra Cabana; and then on Friday, November 22nd, at Fallout you can see Nyxx, Danny Blu, and Circuit Preacher doing their thing on stage! This is the first of a home studio session series with live recordings and interviews woven in, focusing on song writing and music philosophy etc.. The guest for this session is M Brett Jones.
