With a raspy voice and a stage show that features creepy props and grotesque stage illusions, including pyrotechnics, guillotines, electric chairs, blood, reptiles, baby dolls, and dueling swords, Cooper is considered to be “The Godfather of Shock Rock,” and has influenced rock n roll, performance, and musicians still to this day.

The film features interviews with several small groups of young heavy metal fans gathered for a tailgate party in the parking lot outside the Capital Centre in Landover, Maryland on May 31, 1986, as they party in the parking lot before a Judas Priest/Dokken concert.
