Good morning and welcome,
Saturday has arrived and so has winter with it’s early freezing cold temperatures. Let’s join together and light the community fire this weekend. Together we can enjoy the music of many of the First Nation’s / First People’s voices who won at the Native American Music Awards last week.

InterTribal presents:
Good morning,
Another wonderful Saturday morning and the day of the Native American Music Awards. Tonight you can stream the award show. Visit: Native American Music Awards to access their Youtube channel and watch the live stream.
Today also ends Dias de los Muertos. Did you create a family alter or table? Did you place out your food items and welcome you family members to your home? Remembering our ancestors is something every culture has done through time. Though, some here in the US have forgotten this used to be a part of their people’s ways. Where do you think the true roots of Halloween come from. It didn’t start out all spooky and creepy. It was for honoring those in our families who have taken that journey. To dress up and remember them, tell their stories.
Today we just relax and enjoy this morning.

InterTribal presents:
Greetings and good morning to each of you.
When the unexpected happens it is difficult to deal with. Yesterday I learned of my brother’s passing. Sure I have lost parents, friends, aunties and uncles. We have all lost someone in our lives. Yet, when death happens in the sibling line it takes on a very different feel. Now begins to journey of losing those who I grew up with, played with as children, respected and loved. Journey well my brother. I’ll send up the prayers.
To all those dealing with the devastation down in the Bahama Islands, my prayers go out to you as well.
My we come together as humans. There is only one race; Human. We are all brothers and sisters. Stop the Fear and work for the betterment of all.
Walk in Peace,
Tall Feathers
