My name is Shannon Cleary and I host a radio program entitled "The Commonwealth of Notions." Over the past few years, I have helped to organize a festival that I like to call WRIR and The Commonwealth of Notions Presents. In July, we celebrate the fourth volume of this festival. On tonight's Cause & Effect, I announce every band that will be partaking in this festival over the weekend of July 17th-20th. It should be an exciting time and I hope to see you this summer.
