Meditation Flow

You know what time it is, you ready to hop on this flight? Drink what you need Kaffee, Tee, maybe Schnapps basically was immer du brauchst(whatever you need). I say that because tonight what are going to land somewhere yet to be fully discovered. I want you to get bequem(comforable) dim the lights alittle would you? Maybe light a candle or grab some sage. Make tonight a ritual to re-center your energy by diving with us into the depths of tonight’s meditation. They are boarding! Grab your bags! Wait…. it says we won’t need any bags for this trip?

They say all answers can be found within, meaning that is exactly where we are going to start. First we have to sit down and pose ourselves a couple questions.
