Alternative Milestones Episode 15 – The Best Day Ever?

This week, we celebrate May 10th 1994.  We’ve got 5 album release milestones, all on that one amazing day… including 3 debuts!

Celebrating 30 years tomorrow: Sunny Day Real Estate’s debut album Diary, G. Love & Special Sauce’s self-titled debut and Weezer’s self-titled debut all came out on that day.  Also Sonic Youth’s 8th album Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star, and Indigo Girls’ 5th album Swamp Ophelia.

As if that wasn’t enough, we’ve got 4 milestones from albums released May 5th 2009!

We’re also celebrating 3 milestone birthdays this week.  We’ve got music from a 45-year-range from 1974 thru 2019.
