Alternative Milestones – Episode 50 RIP Neil Peart

Neil, the drummer and lyricist with Rush, passed away 5 years ago this week after a 3+ year fight with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

Besides honoring Neil, there are something like 13 birthdays we’ll be celebrating with milestone tunes this week.  And as if that wasn’t enough, I’ll be giving away a pair of tickets to see Tycho at The National on Wednesday Jan 15th.
